CRUE cost in Portugal
CRUE has a low official public fee, but paid assistance can make sense when the practical municipal process, document preparation and in-person support matter to you.
Short answer
Gov.pt indicates a 15 EUR official cost for requesting the EU registration certificate. Some municipal pages or local fee tables may use their own administrative categories or updated values, so the fee should be checked before each case. Our private CRUE Assistance service costs 500 EUR and is separate from any public fee.
What the official fee covers
The official fee is paid to the public authority for issuing or processing the certificate. It does not include private document preparation, translation, appointment support, interpretation, staff travel, legal review or help with proof of address.
What our 500 EUR fee covers
Our fee covers practical preparation and support: identifying the competent municipality, building a checklist for your status, reviewing documents, preparing you for the municipal step, communicating where possible and accompanying the process when needed.
