CRUE is often presented as a small administrative certificate. In practice, it is one of the first official steps for EU citizens who start living in Portugal. It connects residence, address proof, municipal practice, future permanent residence and sometimes family or citizenship planning.

We explain the process openly and help clients who want practical support. We do not hide official information. We charge for assistance, preparation and process management.
